Ways of Keeping Feet Warm in Winter

You’ve probably got the right winter coat in your closet. A wide array of scarves, hats, hoods, gloves and mittens probably exist in a bag next to your coat. But how much thought have you given to your feet? Anyone who lives in wintry climate knows how important it is to keep your feet warm in cold winter. Here are some handy tips may even help to warm your feet.

Keep your feet dry. By protecting your feet from moisture, you will have a better chance at keeping them warm. When you are doing outdoor activities you should wear breathable shoes because they will dry out more quickly. And make sure your feet are covered at all times.

Get your feet move to improve blood circulation. Simply flexing and relaxing your toes, rotating your ankles or taking a short walk can increase blood flow to your feet and legs, allowing your natural bodily functions to keep your feet warm.

Cover your legs as well as your feet, particularly on cold day. Blood can cool significantly as it travels down bare legs to the feet, so by wearing long pants or stockings at all times, you can greatly incresae the warm of your feet.
